Privacy notice

Who we are

Liftoff builds websites, automations and staff training for Malaysian businesses. This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, what you need and any note you add.

If you message us on WhatsApp instead, that chat is also covered by WhatsApp's own terms.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to go ahead, to prepare a quote and run the project. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

Each enquiry is saved in a private Google Sheet that only we can open, and we receive an email alert. Google may store this data on servers outside Malaysia.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries that do not become projects within 12 months.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
